Read Chief Justice Toal's Order, directing that all hospital pricing litigation must be heard by Judge Goode (Fairfield County).  If you are one of the uninsured in the State of South Carolina, this will be of particular interest to you.  Also read Judge Goode's Order (now on appeal by AnMed).  Although lengthy, I sense that Judge Goode is acutely aware of the issues the uninsured have been forced to endure.
